Gerasimos Papanastasatos, Ph.D sociologist - crominologist is director of KETHEA Research Department since early '90s. He is teaching to different PG University departments in Greece and abrad. He is senior adviser to National Drug Coordinator and he participates to delegation of Greece to several international negotiations on drug policy.
