About

Mafalda Pardal is a senior analyst at RAND Europe. She is also affiliated with Ghent University as research fellow at the Institute for Social Drug Research. Her research interests include the study of illicit markets, cannabis regulation and drug policy. Pardal holds a Ph.D. in criminology from Ghent University (Belgium).
