About

Mark Johnson is a leading social entrepreneur, author and commentator on crime, addiction and homelessness. He is an expert from his personal experience of these issues, documented in his bestselling autobiography Wasted and through his professional experience of advising government, charities and providers internationally and starting up a number of charities and social business, including User Voice, all employing the people they serve. Mark is an Ashoka Fellow, the international network of social entrepreneurs, a Visiting Associate at the University of Durham and in 2015 was awarded an MBE for services to vulnerable people.
