Rafaela Rigoni is a researcher (PhD) at Correlation- European Harm Reduction Network and Mainline Foundation. Her work focuses on harm reduction and drug policies. Her current projects include the implementation of Quality Standards for Drug Demand Reduction in Europe, a civil society-led monitoring of harm reduction, and rapid assessments of drug use and services in Zimbabwe and Nepal.
